most irresponsible? well… definitely in the twenty most irresponsible people in the world.

Yeah, I think there is a dis-knighted guy somewhere by a cholera outbreak that could actually be worse if one looks at the scope of their direct impact.
But of course Wakefield at least deserves an honorable mention for worst, as his MMR scare mongering has also resulted in losses beyond reason.
